' The meter and the cut-out fuse DO NOT belong to the customer. If you want to remove seals than that is one matter however please don't think that working live on meter intakes is acceptable!

thats the problem, there is no safe/legal way to isolate to install an isolator without gettin DNO to install. should be like gas where there must be an isolator and they are responsible for it

It is possible to do it live, not good if there is a way of working on a dead system, I must admit we used to work on a lot of live systems in the past, that was pre health and safety I must add.I do not recomend working live unless its absolutly unavoidable, but I am very comfortable working live without a problem.
