100mm core cutter?

Anyone here recommend a good 100mm core cutter for under

I've got a 107 from Screwfix. It's orange, but can't remember the make. I've also got a 117 blue. Both okay.

I don't think the wall is that solid, but will consider hiring one.... Reminds me of the time I was caught off guard with my Dewalt on torque 1...

depends on what the wall is made of as to how long it takes to cut through,
