12V Led Flood

Im looking for a 12v LED floodlight

doesnt have to be mega bright, 5w would prob do if it has decent lumens.

reverse light switch on my van has gone all funny and keeps putting the reversing lights on as im driving along,

or sat at traffic lights, [ must be interesting for the guy behind me :slap ]

its a nightmare to get at, [back of the engine] ,

so ive removed the reversing light bulbs, apparently they arent legally required, they werent there for MOT and I told the guy, he said they werent needed,,,,,,

so as a temporary measure I was going to mount a dash switched flood on the rear bumper.

I looked at that Andy, bit of a mess trying to get to the existing wiring,

its up the back of the engine, an disappears into the loom before I can actually physically reach it,

just thought a load easier to temp wire a twin flex from dash to rear bumper, and stick a light on,

You can get 12v led lights easily - just look for trailer reverse light

I was thinking of putting a row of decklights into the bumper,

but probably more money and time than the van is worth,  :slap

Screweys had some on offer not sure if they'd be 12v the last one I ripped apart was an odd voltage something like 14.4v
