2 pole generator question

I think its unidirectional but not 100% so any feedback more than welcome, cheers

In a 2 pole generator the brushes on the Commutator pick up the voltage generated which is

A a.c

B Unidirectional

C Intermittent a.c.

D Steady d.c

I'd go for the DC option, as it's using a commutator

id agree with above for same reason (commutator .. DC) but await someone whos 100%

As the generator produces A.C. and the commutator allows the 'switching' of the output, it would be pulsed and not steady D.C. therefore unidirectional would be the better option
