Adaptor For Standard Leds

Hi all,

just working on a little home project which involves LEDs. Have got some LEDs which are perfect however they are battery powered I want to stick an adaptor on them so I can plug them into the wall and not have to be changing the batteries every few months. Any ideas on what sort of adaptor I'd need to do this? (I'm pretty much a complete noob when it comes to electrics!) Thanks for your help!

...and they currently operate with three AA batteries
