Can I post a diagram and see if it's right and u talk me through it?? If u have so much more money than us pay a spark!!!!

Yes. I could supply diagrams and talk you through rebuilding a van engine. Just go to the website and hope that any questions would be answered comprehensively without skirting around them and quoting numerous rules and regulations!

What then if all the wires were rat chewed somewhere along their length couldn't you claim you're replacing them due to mechanical damage? Like for like & so long as you followed the same route etc? Then save a big bag of gnawed T&E as "evidence". Just thinking of absurd loop holes admittedly!

Obviously as a 'grease monkey' you can not do the job of the 'spark' because you are unable to competently plan out a basic two way wiring plan without seeking advice. Can I ask how you propose to test and certify the install, notification of works etc.

I have no issue helping anyone where I can but matter of factly, your attitude is what stops people from affording you that help.

Although you could probably talk me through fitting my own brakes to my van, would I do it....no, I would take it to someone competent, with the right tools for the job and the proper knowledge, because brakes are something that, if not done correctly can kill later down the line, just as electricity can!!!

Hi again all.

I don't know where you get the idea that I have an attitude? I really don't.

I am more than able to plan and complete the wiring and all I wanted was to ensure that my extra lamp was going to be wired correctly and safely.

I have tried to have a bit of joke along the way but clearly this doesn't work!

I will just wire it according the best way I can and hope for the best????
