Got asked this today ,The need to comply with the test values stated in the I,E,E Wiring regulations.

looked in the wiring regs in chapter 6 .and i come up with everyinstallation shall ,during erection and on complrtion before being put into service be inspected and tested to verrify ,so far as reasonably practicable ,that the requirement of the Reg,s
