I'm in the UK
Electriq spec says:

"Contains everything you need for installation, does not require installation by an F-Gas registered engineer or specialist equipment"

The aircon is installed and running.
I shortened the outside copper pipes and flared the ends with a £15 brake pipe flaring kit.
Used Nylog on the flares.
As someone predicted earlier, the compression joints were four different spanner sizes from 15mm up to 20mm.
That's on two 1/4" pipe joins and two 3/8" pipe joins.
No torque wrench, just spanners.
Standard wiring would be an unsightly 13A plug and cable from the indoor unit down the inside wall to a 13A socket outlet.
Instead I extended the mains cable and bundled it with the pipework to a IP rated switch adjacent to the external unit.
All the external pipework in white 110mm x 75mm duct.

Forgot to mention.
The aircon can only be operated with the remote control.
The buttons on the supplied remote were different to the image in the User Manual.
I sent images of both to the Help Line.
They sent four different PDF manuals, none of which matched my remote - useless.
Finally admitted they were working on a new manual for the latest remote that I have.
No time frame offered.
