A Happy New Year to you all
I have Demonstrable experience of influencing and leading staff of equivalent professional standing
After joining Carlton Electrical Services as an apprentice electrician and served my time I was then made an electrician over a period of time I was promoted up to an approved electrician then later after I had proved myself I then became an Electrical Foreman, with Mechanical responsibility as the Company had now got larger.
During this period I undertook the following tasks; House wiring, Shop wiring, CCTV installation, Access control, Track Lighting ( British Rail ) after just three months in the role I was promoted to a position with greater power and responsibility and was made General Manager.
As I moved up in the Company I was given greater responsibility
I Set up a stock control card system, which resulted in less shrinkage ! ! !
I was responsible for cleanliness of various areas,
Implemented an employee registration system.
Doubled employee productivity by implementing new time management procedures.
Halved the amount of discarded stock by introducing a new discount range,
Maximized profits by encouraging staff to partake in up-selling,
Implemented a STRICT Health & Safety Policy, Instigated a business related profit sharing scheme amongst employees
Demonstrable experience with working across and with several project stakeholders

* Arranged regular progress meetings with the client
* Instigated weekly progress meetings with other trades
