Time this auld yin learned more about electrical equipment repairs. Blame the damsels in distress who keep asking "do you know anything about.......?", thinking the grey in what's left of my hair indicates that I know a lot. Who can resist helping out young ladies?

I am a retired Marine Engine Fitter, ex merchant navy, oil & gas installation mechanical tech, and a few other occupations in between. Best one was boatyard engineer in Lymington. Currently residing in Helensburgh, perfect area for my main hobby, motorbikes.
