Anybody want to try and identify these??

The panel is Brown Boveri (BBC, before ABB)

We don`t have a visible ident on the units; which are carrying BS88-2s, at up to 400A

We`re missing a handle. I would prefer not to withdraw a unit, until I can replace / refit on site.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Not seen those before , are they 3ph switches?

Can you use a handle from the next one?

Maybe mate - they are fuse-switches; connecting straight to the busbars behind.

They`ve spec.`d replace handle (if possible).

I`m thinking ABB might be able to source `em......

Hi KME,

I have just checked, yes I can get one, but I will have to send another off as a sample, or at least I will have take detailed measurements to send off.

However, we believe that the originals may be chrome plated "mild steel" the replacement will be stainless steel, and may not have exactly the same "knob" on the end.

Will this be OK?

Not sure of the cost yet though.

That should be okay - though I`ve queried swapping the front with a disused one, and blanking it off - I don`t think they`ll bite though.

According to someone I`ve got hold of at ABB, they can "do something" for us; but I expect your contact is deeper than mine, iykwim?
