Ah now that may be an option , let me look at that , thank you .What has probably happened is one of your shortcuts on the browser or an application that is accessing the web for updates ect has the setting https:// as opposed to http://.
Note the missing "s".
The program or shortcut is trying to open a site with the secure "s" whilst the site does not have a security certificate.
Find the culprit and remove the "s" from the address.
Clicked "View certificate" it is from " pbttbc.bt.motive.com" but I still don't know why its there TBH.

OK Sharpie , I just uninstalled BT Desktop Help. I think they were shutting it down anyway now I come to think about it. Lets see what happens.
Well my original Broadband was Orange , now that was a nightmare , so changing to BT was a good step up TBH . It actually functions for a start . How it compares to others I don't know .
