C'mon deke, a metal board and a man from Essex, what could possibly go wrong? You forget Essex is more renouned with plastic everything!
To me it says this is a tradesman who does not have quality at the forefront of his mind. It looks like cheap Chinese crap to me.
It would be interesting to hear SBSs view on whether he would put his name to a product like this. I am sure he would not.

I wonder how old the NIC inspection & test label is, seeing as it refers to the IEE?
Ar'nt we all installing Chinese crap every day ....seeing as there is little choice .
And why the de-scoob ?
All the major brand names come in from the far east now don't they ?

So all that's really wrong with it is the supplied labels are rubbish, and someone forgot to put a blank in.
The unlabelled circuits are probably unused. Perhaps they should be labelled "spare"
That reminds me of a lab inspection years ago when we were pulled up for having an un labelled glass chemical bottle. But it's empty, we pointed out. but is still should be labelled. So a lab trainee with us picked it up, and with a big marker pen wrote "empty bottle" on it and said "will that do?"

apart from "wireing", the mixed colour warning notice wording does not comply with 514.14.1, there is no schedule apparent and there are unlabelled circuits.
