i offered 4 Apprenticeships for students from Bury Collage 3 of them lasted 2 days and the one i thought was going to do well was the worst. The collage recommended him to me after he completed his 17th, to say the least he new nothing and 3 months later decided that gardening with his dad was a better solution for him. It is sad how some colleges put these kids in to a corse just for the funding but never follow through.
