hello

Im trying to become an electcrian so i have just completed my PEO level 2, c&g 2330 levels 2 and 3,and 17th ed. i have got my ipaf, sent of for an ecs card (which they will only give me a labourer card )started doing enviromental technology courses and am looking at doing my asbestos awareness but am not sure who to use and which format to do and what other courses my be of use to me

I feel as if after three and a half years of training in no closer to a job. 

I would like someone to tell me what courses/qualifications are needed to become an electricain as every college/awarding body/competent person scheme provider tells me something different.

If you want the ECS card then you'll need the Nvq level 3. As for other courses then they are all bolt ons as required. You may want I go down the route of the inspecting and testing C&G 2394/95.

Being an apprentice isn't an option as I'm self employed as a painter/decorator and have a family to provide for. Thanks for the info.
