Assesment in the morning

Hi, Sorry for interupt in this post but just need a clue about the Health and Safety at Work act Documentation. Could anybode explain how to get and where from? Im prepreing all paperwork for my asessment and only strugling with that one. Thanks

All health and safety publications can be downloaded for free from the HSE website, an online publication is accepted by your assessor.

If you pay an upfront fee for joining and assessment together with a years membership fee, you have paid for two assessments, so shouldn't you be assessed before they take the next fee, this was the stated procedure.

Otherwise they make £200 x per member extra in the first year. Kerchiiiiiiing

If you are not assessed, but you have paid for membership what happens then, are you thrown out and refunded a proportion of the fee?
