we have our assessment today with elecsa, this year we have a Mr John Rothwell

got some extra special coffee Chocca Cappuchino in just in case he would like one, otherwise he be on good ol tetley tea

although i have got in some rather posh biccies for him aswell

have checked and double checked all our paperwork and organised it all

got all our technical references together so we know where they are

now i just gota make sure me brother is in or leaves the front door latched for us to get into my parents house so the assessment can be carried out, otherwise i cant exactly ring me rentals to let me in as its a rather long way back from the mediteranean sea

Passed Assessment no problems,

assessor was very friendly

although he did refuse choccy bikkies on the grounds he is diabetic.

No wasn't worried , just that last years assessment we had a non compliance as I'd mis placed our insurance cert
