Baxi 105e

Hi i have a 105e that has NO flashing errors. Central heating works fine, but when you turn on the hot tap water gets to a temperature then boiler turns off then 20 seconds later starts to heat the water again and so on and so on. Ive changed the diaphragm and its still the same. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I believe there's a way to test either??. That should say BAXI by the way.
