Another consumer unit contemplation. What's the best solution?

Been asked to replace 3 old Wylex fuseboxes at a 2 bed flat. Economy 7 supply, TNC-S earthing. Tails are 2xtwin and earth, probably 16mm (tbc). The meter box is in the communal area in its own meter cupboard. The fuseboxes are in the flat hallway by the front door, right up close to the ceiling.

First board, 4 way rewireable fuses on the off peak supply.

3 x 15A radials for one storage heater each.

1 Spare. (labelled as Immersion, must've been moved some time ago)

Second board, 4 way rewireable fuses on the standard supply.

15A radial for 2 x 3kw immersion heaters (via Horstmann Electronic 7 to ensure only one can be live at a time).

5A radial for lighting

30A ring for sockets

30A radial for cooker

Thirdly is a single 40A MCB for the shower (not sure what power rating yet).

There's no RCD protection on anything, there is some evidence of bonding but think it's 6mm not 10mm.

I'm looking for the most cost effective/ simplest/ easiest to install consumer unit solution.

Either two matching boards, or a 'dual tariff' one? or another idea?

Looking forward to your wisdom and experience. Thank you.

2 new Consumer Units, One Off peak with Mcbs and RCD incomer if wiring is embedded, Main switch if surface wired.

Other Consumer Unit for 24 Hour circuits with either RCBOs or Duel RCD board

i would go dual tariff, rcbos (you havnt got many 24hr side, and mcbs if you can get away with it E7 side, looks much neater.

Thanks. Any manufacturer recommendation? I like Crabtree, but not their prices anymore!

I bought a few square D dual tariff units for not a great deal. Like square D stuff feels sturdy!

It may not need too much RCD protection. Is the wiring in steel conduit ?
Will have to check the conduit situation. I'm aware that some cable is buried in the concrete floor, but don't know if it's in steel or not.
