My mate went to finish one of the jobs this morning , nice area, comes out , puts his tool box behind the car , went back back to double lock the front door , turns round to see his toolbox flung into a tatter's van and away it went . 

Van has dissapeared round the corner ,my mate is fuming  .. roars after them , cuts them up , and leaps out ,  " Oi My firking toolbox NOW you bar stewards !!!!"        OOh we very sorry mister .  Handed it back & shot off.  

Our friendly Eastern Europeans who we need to boost our economy apparently !!!

So presumably he didn't bother taking their number or reporting it? Thus keeping down the statistic that 1 in 7 arrests in the UK is of a foreign national!  

I overheard two plain clothes coppers on the train the other day. Both in their late 40's / early 50's). In hushed tones they were talking shop, with me sitting opposite pretending to be asleep. One taking great delight in recounting how after his first Taser shot failed and caught in the guys jacket, he chased the guy and tackled him to the ground.........."As he went down my knee "accidentally" caught him in the nuts...........so he's lying there and I Tasered him again!".

Your mate should have got the Megger out on their nether regions!  :lol:

If it were good old fashioned traveller types theyd have swapped his tool box for a dog and had all the wheels off his car within 3 seconds of him getting out.

Then They'd be off & there would be a young lad kicking a football against his car saying: hey mister I know where you get a new set of wheels & I'll give you a fiver for the dog

Gypo's these days are too scared of being deported and loosing their tax credits and all the other benefits we throw at them as the go through our bins looking for flex.
