Today while in Screwfix I can accross a fellow electrician trying to buy some stilettos with steel toe caps.

It was of course Kerching, very nice fellow.  Had a bit of a chin wag about the old game and went out seperate ways.

Nice to put a name to a face.

I hope Apache is real, coz if he is not then someone is going to get a F big surprise tomorrow when a roll of tri rated cable arrives on their doorstep

I sent him some heaters for his gun cabinet - he only had to b***** ask !!!!

Just ordered a 20 drums today - went to start a panel and realised we had run out completely of 2.5  :innocent

he needs something a little larger than 2.5...

I sort of inherited/acquired a drum of approx. 300 m of 50 mm. It has been sat gathering dust for a number of years, so..........

Vet wanted some

I have some

He now has some

I have slightly less

If you need any you know where I am! As it is only gathering dust and Owl pooh

What colour is it ?

Black.....TOPFLEX 07V2 K. Bs 6231 600/1000v........spookily EXACTLY the same as used on UPS battery cables (allegedly)

No idea as to the exact length

Drum was new with 400 m on it. 170kg on the label, prob 100m used on the job, I made a few jump leads, Ovine Warrior has had about 40 m....cannot really measure it and don't think my meter has a low enough scale. TDRS needs 2 cores, so I am a bit stuffed really, unless I weigh the drum, get manufacturers cable mass data and do a bit of maths!
