What kind of cable would be suitable for a MIG welder in a garage, taking into account heat, cold, oil, etc?

Looks like a 3 core 1mm H07 is the very thing - at 19A on 13A Plug - Good!

err,,, but ,,, Does Butyl not have better heat resistant properties than Neopren?
