calcard test results

first of all many thanks to caltronics for the sale of the calcard ext 1 brought via the t.e.f auctions. i have recieved it, and have just carried out the continuity and insulation tests on a second hand megger i brought cheap as a back up etc.

please can i run the results past you and if someone could let me know if these look ok then i wil record them on back of the calcard as described.

ok insulation test.

0.5m = 0.50

1m = 1.00

2m = 2.00

10m = 9.74

20m = 19.7

continuity

0.25 = 0.25

0.5 = 0.51

1 = 1.01

2 = 1.99

5= 4.98

i think all the test results look with in reason to me, just wanted to double check,

They are fine, what you need to do is compare from month to month and then you will see any changes which may require a full recalibration.

cheers for quick reply, i thought they were, however i havent got my megger with me as its in for calibration, so only had the second hand one to hand to try it out.
