best way in my experience like myself did was to work for a cctv/security installation and maintenance firm for 2-3 years and do a apprentiship with that company work your way up the ladder over time and learn the skills required to work with cctv equipment in a proper way knowing what to look out for after getting the experience and not trying to do a 5 week course learning everything in 5 minutes.

 
 Thank you guys! I appreciate that the best way is to do apprentiship... The tavcom trainings seem good.... I was thinking of learning while working as electrician.
