Have any of you guys ever seen/installed one of these? Had a query from a customer. They look good on-line but not sure how realistic they actually look. (Haven't found a local retailer who have any I could see)

I would suggest you leave your customer to go round and find a retailer to view the product, even if someone else has seen one, personal taste could still leave a differing opinion to the realism of the flame. Have you tried the "find a retailer" option?  http://www.celsielectricfires.co.uk/

Thanks Doc, avoids me fitting something that might be disappointing. I'll put in an extra outlet but let her decide what fire to choose.
