After my trauma with PAYE/CIS at 7.30 am last week i get a call from the above mob tonite

'We haven't received any payments since June so i was looking to get some payment for the arrears' !!!!!!!

Er no,,,,,,,my daughter has been living with me since May last year

'we have no record of that'

Well i get the tax credits and family allowance for her,,,do you want to check that ???

'Oh'

Have you spoken to my ex-wife ??

'No we have been unable to contact her'

WTF

do you want to go away and try again

'We will but i still need payment'

dont think so,,,,,,,here is what you are going to do

write to her ,,,,if you have no joy i will ask my daughter for her number

and when you do get to speak to her tell her i know she is working and that if she doesnt co operate i will claim against her !!!!!!!!

Oh and love just before you go......

I haven't paid a payment to you for 2 years,,,,,,,,,,i have paid her direct with the agreement of yourself

Ive had countless problems with these k n o b heads and could write A story about them ffs. Threatening this threatening that. Best I heard was they would seize your driving licence. Proper bunch of d-heads. Dont bank on them chasing your ex either mate I believe they only chase men read some horror stories on CSA advice forum

they are muppets,

a few years ago my mate came over to the isle of man to work with me, he hadnt had any contact with his kids for well over 10years, his EX denied it,

suddenly his mum got a phone call from his ex offering her sympathy for 'him' dying!!!!!!!!! WTF ?

as they no longer had a record of him working and paying tax in the UK they couldnt automatically deduct his wages so sent his ex a letter telling her he was dead!!!!

So let me get this straight:

A couple split up and the children live with the mother - The father has to pay support and / or be hounded by the CSA.

But if the children live with the dad instead - the mother pays nothing and the CSA don't pester her.

Yeah, that sounds like a fair system. NOT.

I had a problem with a bunch like this (chasing for money I don't owe)

They called and tried their stuff, after they finished I told them that all calls to me mobile were recorded and by calling me again they are consenting to me recording the call and distributing the call as and how I see fit

From then on it was nicey nicey and sorry to bother you etc....

Tell the Csa the calls being recorded and they hang up. They try the worst bully boy tactics going in a world of their own. I ended up getting copies of telephone conversations under the data protection act and they came through with scribbled out marker pen deleting the bull they were spewing ffs. They don't care if you can't pay your own bills they want money and now!!!

funniest part of the call was that she wanted a payment and if it was found that my daughter has been living with me then i would get it back

csa are a joke, my cousin has a little girl with a pleb that now has his 8th child on the way with his 4th partner!

he owns a few ice cream vans, braisenly signs on also (benefits office wont do for fraud as the vans he as craftily registered under his dads name

cousin is entitled to 18p a month in csa according to them! and that will go down once this new child arrives!

In principle the CSA is a good idea but its poorly run

I know of women who kicked the partners out to get all the benefits and CSA and now live a life of luxury ish

when the system sees the man as the cause

I'd love to meet the Csa phone attendants in person ... Bet they wouldn't give it so much face to face hiding behind their phones ffs.

If you do your research there are ways round everything lol self employment the better option or even better the ltd company trick

Well i got a letter from them today

informing me that from May 2011 payments for my daughter have ceased !!!!!

If i disagree with the decision i am to contact them !!!!!
