There is Murdo  , they view EICRs as a  separate skill  and are looking to assess you for doing them .       Probably another £500  PA

Doing an assessment and taking money of people doesn't mean such sparks will do it correctly. .....

Anyone know what the following means ?   :      A circuit is permanently monitored  by an RCM or an IMD ?     Royal Canadian Mounties  ?      A Land Mine ?    :C

RCM = Residual current monitor? Ie RCD

IMD - no idea

Can there BE a trade with more acronyms than this one  ?          Thanks Murdo .   So is that an ordinary RCD   or a special device  that issues a strangled cry if too many mA,s    are detected  to earth?
