Just run some 3-core SWA down a garden to power a workshop .. armour is earthed but not being used as the CPC ... i ran it down a couple of lengths of type 2 to keep it tidy by the base of the fence ... does the conduit have to be earthed as well seeing as the cable already has it's earthed mechanical protection from the armour, the conduit unlikely to come into contact with live parts ..
