Doing a consumer unit change ,,,extra kitchen socket and a few minor bits for a customer
negotiated on the quote they did so i put in extra plain noddy words
told them i would test first then fix anything that came up.
written quote and T+C's sent.
happy with price they only had one question with the T+C's
'making good after running cables in wall' (from the question you assume that they have read all of it)
they were happy with my answer.
testing and guess what,,, no continuity L-L
doesnt want any carpets or boards pulled up :_|
3hrs later found it fixed it,,,puts me back an afternoon
told them its added to the cost
