Hi,

I'm about to get a new drill as old ones dying so going to go for the makita lxt202 kit and my dewalt snake lights batteries are dead now so looking to get a light to run off the makita batteries 18v 3.0aH li-ion.

Which light do you think would be best out of these 2 below. It's used when changing boards in under stairs cupboards and for poking under floorboards to see where cables are going lol.

Makita Direct

Or

Makita BML184 - 14.4V/18V LXT Li-ion Fluorescent/Incandescent Light (Naked) (BML-184)

Any thoughts on best one or what you use.

Cheers

Matty, I agree, head torch the way to go. It points the way you're looking - ideal when rutting about in lofts and the like. Easier than having to carry a torch and all your gear too.

Thanks guys much appreciated. Got the makita torch and not that impressed with the quality unlike the drill. But it is bright. Think I'll invest on a head torch as I got loads of rechargeable batteries recently so that duracell one takes aa batteries so all good. Just gotta earn something now before I get it lol. Cheers
