I actually broke the rules today & took my shirt off in work, there were not many people around for me to frighten, and Jono Pashley is a hard man.

He can carry on working no matter what I look like!

I got slightly sunburnt.

I'm seriously thinking about shorts tomorrow!

I can't kneel in shorts, it's bad enough without knee pads, but there is no way I can kneel on bare skin!!!

If i have some different shorts on then I have a prayer mat made out of some Astrturf underlay

got some 3/4 length Strauss direct shorts with kneepads. Very useful.

I would love to be able to wear shorts to work. But no, strictly trousers and long sleeved shirts all year round.
