Hi,

Just wanted to write a review on a company I recently dealt with.  I have put a review on a reviews website but its gone straight to the bottom with loads of good reviews on top.  If you dig you find the bad ones but you do HAVE to dig.

I bought an 18V cordless Dewalt grinder off DIRECT BRAND TOOLS off amazon as it came up cheapest with reasonable feedback on amazon.  I purchased Sunday as i needed for following Friday.  They called Thursday saying problem with order and they needed an additional £20 to order it, i left it and he came back and said it was actually £50 more than advertised.  I said process a refund as I can get cheaper elsewhere.  The refund finally came through today so just thought id make a post in hope that someone else doesnt get messed around by this company.

How long was the delay between asking for and receiving the refund matty?

Well when I bought this iPad I got the address wrong ( sending it to sons works so it could be signed for)

Payment reversed within 6 hours BUT it took a freaking week to get money back in my account!!!!!!!!!
