I think for circuits upto 32A and not for distribution its .4s on TN and .2s TT, circuits over 32A and for distribution 5s for TN and 1s for TT. May be wrong but not going to van for big red in this weather

i found my regs now. got it but, so i would use tn= tns and tncs as those vaules eg 0.4sec
