Draytek Routers & Advanced Ip Control

Hi peeps,

Anyone have a Draytek router and use some of the IP limiting / blocking features, timed access etc.

I need to time limit access on 4 devices on one of our IP pools, that has internet only access & I can't MAC lock the whole pool.

I can bind the MAC's of the devices to an IP, but I need the rest of the IP pool to be free & unrestricted.

This is via wireless BTW, not wired.

Anyone done this or have any ideas before I dive in!

Oh, just thought too, the wireless is shutting down & restarting on the unit at random time periods, and disconnecting all the devices, but, only on one IP pool, not the other.

Any thoughts before. I go to Draytek?

I had a quick look at mine and the KB and it might be you set a schedule rule up first then set up the firewall filter rules for the devices, mine appears to allow a schedule to be linked in the firewall filter rules.
