Many moons ago I mentioned the governments “warm homes scheme” for the elderly and the disabled. It would appear that Eon have got their knickers in a twist over who is eligible.
If you think you’re eligible it may be worthwhile getting in touch with your supplier and checking how they have you categorised and if you are registered.
PS, I wish you the best of luck getting any sense out of them. One and a half hours on the phone didn’t improve my temper.
