My ECS card expired....

No problem, I'll just get another one....

ECS website.... useless piece of ****.

Try phoning them.... useless piece of ****.

Eventually get hold a moron at unite who tells me they cant take a booking over the phone and I need to email them.

Email them.... useless piece of ****.

After several emails to no-one in particular I get a date and have to call someone else the next day for the payment as they cant take payment only take bookings. sigh.

Call next day get the payment out of the way, good, done. just have to revise fire extinguishers again now...

Nope!  Email arrives this afternoon: we haven't received payment, WTFudge! Check bank account, payment went out 24th Jan and there is no way to contact them to rectify this other than email which they appear not answer, just make demands for money from, its like a 491 scam except I don't inherit a diamond mine.

What is going on here? Too many fingers in too many pies!!! Does anyone know what they are doing or do they make this **** up as they go along?

we all seem to be paying a lot of money to a lot of people: so that some of those people can have a nice lifestyle that we are paying for!

I used to get this to renew JIB card ... but they took money , and booked me to sit the test  at the local ECA   HQ   @ £40  each .     For this area this was  Penkridge Golf Course near Cannock  , Staffs.  

I remember posting this gripe before .      At  9.30  there were at least 30 sparks in the room  , test took about 3/4 hour  and 30 X £40  =   £1200   .   

I sat in the van in the car park afterwards with flask of tea , seeing all these sparky vans leaving the car park  for Brum , Walsall, Wolverhampton , Tamworth , Lichfield  etc.   

It was then that the Great Light bulb above My Head lit up with realization ....as I watched another 30 odd sparky vans arriving for the next sitting   ...all @ £40 ea  too !!!!!      

I reckoned that before lunch  they'd turned over £2400  !!!          Thats nearly as much as Sidewinder earns

Well that would depend on their level of intelligence and understanding really

it could be. THICKETT of Sparks, an INTELLIGENCE of Sparks, an UNDERSTANDING of Sparks, a LOTTERY of Sparks...you never know what you are going to get. A DELAY of Sparks for the ones that always turn up late, a Disappointment of Sparks...for the ones that don't turn up

A Reaming of Sparks for when they take the cash and don't do the job
