Ederle 610/04

I have moved into a flat with Eberle 610/04 timer control showing high/low x 2 on the dial and 4 auto/high/low switches. I am not an electrician and so need help to understand this and/or an instruction manual. There are 4 thermostats in the flat and wall mounted convector heaters in each of the 4 rooms.

Not familiar with that particular stat  but it sounds like underfloor heating to me .    Unless there are storage heaters too ?

Perhaps the wall mounted convectors for boost heating .
