I've got a factory move, en masse, to look at Monday, the whole bloody lot, goodness knows how I am going to pull that off with everything else I have on!

Around 100 machines, plus all "support" and circa 1000 sq m is all I have been told at the moment.

Within reason its mine, don't know where to turn TBH!

Nope, been there done that been stitched up.

The only way I would employ now is subbies or on zero hours contracts which are hot news at the moment.

Plus getting competent people is impossible for the rates that clients will pay.
