Just been doing them down there for the last 3 weeks. For riverside housing. Won't be going back on a hurry though it's a 2 hour drive each way each day with the roadworks on M1.

Very very rough idea I'd say 3k.

All depends on what you want and need? Best thing is to write out an itinerary. For example.

Bedroom

1x 1way switch

1x Pendant light

4x Sockets

Things to consider are, power showers, cooker, hob, immersion, smoke alarms, burgular alarms, TV outlets, etc

I'm sure me and my lad could take a trip down to leicester.
