hi all, wondering if u could help? Wiring E/M lighting (all new) cable from fuse board to pir, pir to light - to light, to light n then to E/M light, (all 600 x 600 fittings), how is E/M connected up, n is this also the correct way 2 wire up in order?

are the e/m maintained or non-maintained?

Hi

You will need a PERMANENT live to the EM light

So either run a seperate Twin and earth from Fuse board OR a 3 core and earth from PIR to extend the LIVE feed.

Does the permanent live have 2 come from fuseboard or could it just come from light?

It can come from any point that has a PERMANENT live present on that circuit

Put a em test switch at the mains probably easiest place if your wiring it
