EV Charger with Earth Rod testing

Hi just a quick question, when you test the Earth loop impedance on a EV charger where the EV is on its own TT Rod but the feed comes from the TNCS at the CU what do you call the test for the Earth loop impedance ? (eg Ze for the EV point) I assume you would test between the incoming Line in the EV point and at end of earth cable connected to the Earth rod .

I know the chargers that need TT are being replaced by EV chargers with PEN fault protection but was curious.

not something I get involved with, but I think I would break this down into 2 sections ie the cable supplyig the charger and the rod.
