I had an Ideal Logic15 boiler installed less than a year ago. It has DT92 wireless room thermostat and a Honeywell ST9400C programmer and it was all working ok until recently. The hot water is working fine but the central heating is not working at all. When the hot water is set to off on the programmer and the central heating is set to on, the heating indicator light on the programmer comes on but the boiler does not ignite.
When I rang the installer he told me to contact the manufacturer as it was a boiler problem and still under guarantee. They told me it could not be a boiler fault as it was still heating the water.
Could anyone throw any light on the problem so I know who to contact for repair?
