Perhaps his work was OK?
He just breached the rules of business.

Was he competant, doubt it also link to news report.
If using part P as a reason for getting work is'nt it false representation.
I am no longer a working electrician but last was 16th edition and still a member of the boys union.
Work for a large company as a manager supposed not to use tools any more, but advise others what to do .
We still run an apprentichship scheme, not allowed to kick them any more whilst lying on the floor in case i wake them up.
Everyone I had under my wings has turned out A1.
Self praise cant fault it.
The guy concerned must be P poor as who has taken him to court.(Local authority.)
