FLAT twin and earth....very FLATWould be interesting to see what an IR test brings?

Was the N clipped to the neutral axis of the joist?The house where the flat cable was has been rewired twice.
Previous wiring was lead twin, still all there just chopped off at the ends.
Before that it appears to be cotton wrapped rubber insulated singles, L clipped to one joist, N clipped to the next. never seen that before.
