I use PIRform used to use Megger software but the support is overpriced and you need the support to get the updates when the forms change. Not sure how Fluke compares to Megger software on price.

 
Yes Ive got the Fluke dms software.  It was a bit awkward at first to use but when you get the hang of it then its ok.

Personally, it depends what customer its for on whether I give them a cert off this. 

Most of the time for domestic its going to be the traditional way ie notepad and pen and then fill out the cert once testing is completed is the quickest way for me. 

For some commercial work then computer printout is better.
