Hello All
I am currently an electricians mate and late starter. Mid 30's redundancy victim of 2008/9, I did my C&G level 2 about 3 years ago and finished my level 3 at the end of last year. Have also picked up my 17th Ed Wiring Regs, PAT Test and the infamous Part Pee.
Have been working as a mate primarily in Industrial/Commercial for nearly 2 years now and have managed to get involved with a handful of domestic jobs with other sparks. Trying to scrape together some pennies to get my NVQ going this year but have been working 2 jobs since I started in order to survive on mates rates so it's on hold at the moment...
Would like to become more involved in domestic work as my dream would be to one day work for myself, safely and profitably!
Hoping that this forum is going to be a good place to learn good information from. 'Yahoo Answers' should clearly be banned from allowing life threatening answers to electrical questions! Ha...
