halogen spotlight extension arms

Hi does anyone know where i can purchase extension arms for standard halogen floodlights 400w to light a small sign.

not sure what you mean sellers. tlc only stock the ones that hold the energy saving lamps which are not very good. or open halogen i've already spoken to them.
