In your fuse box it should be labelled ,but if not it is advisable to label all the fuses so that everyone in the

house is absolutely clear about the functions of the fuse box.

5 AMP or 6 AMP-is for your lighting-it is the lowest rating of the fuses

15 AMP-is for your plug sockets-it is the second highest rating of the fuses

30 AMP-is for your cooker socket-it is the third highest rating of the fuses
