I've got to put a quote together to replace a lot of water damaged light fittings. And I don't know where to start looking to find them.

I need some 5 ft single flourescents, enclosed with difusers but not IP rated, a mixture of normal and non maintained EM lights so almost certainly HF switchgear.

I also need some round 18" diameter round flourescents. Again with difusers but no need for IP ratings, and again a mixture of normal and non maintained EM fittings. The old ones were a variation on 2D tubes (but slightly larger)

The new fittings don't need to match the old ones, as all affected rooms will have new fittings throughout the whole room.

I've looked at the likes of TLC but can't find anything remotely like what I need.

One factor to bear in mind is the EM, and non EM of a particular type must look outwardly identical.

So before I drive myself bonkers on the interweb, I'm asking you more knowledgeable guys where I should be looking for this type of commercial light fitting.

Give your local independent wholesaler the problem mate that's what I would to and hit them on price with a similar internet fitting if you need to, I don't normally.

You can also get "universal" EM packs for linear fluoros.

TLC have Viper branded HF fittings both EM and none EM look identical, Diffusers sold seperately local wholesalers may be able to get you better prices however.

Note: DONT use tamlight

Butting in on this thread but does anybody know anybody that does an emergency gear tray for a 38 watt 2d fitting. 28 Watt ones seem easily available but 38 watt ones seem scarce.
