My thoughts on fans.

1..buy a decent one that works. I usually fit Vent Axia silohette if it is through wall and manrose in line cfd200 if it is in loft.

2..Should always go through three pole isolation switch be it outside bathroom or ashley three pole pull switch in bathroom so customer has option of switching fan off at night if they use the loo for a wee.

3..I don't put fan through spur with 2 amp fuse as recommended by manufacturers if circuit is on 6 amp circuit breaker as I don't think it is necessary. This Is because if fan goes wrong you can isolate through three pole switch.

I would think the fan in question is a
